AZD8330 (AZD-8330, ARRY-424704, ARRY-704, ARRY424704, ARRY704)是新型的、可口服的、非ATP竞争性的MEK1/2抑制剂，IC₅₀为7 nM，通过抑制MEK1/2有效抑制多种肿瘤细胞增殖，具有潜在的抗癌活性。
