SB 239063 (SB239063)是ATP竞争性的、可逆的p38 MAPK选择性抑制剂，作用于p38α的IC₅₀值为 44 nM，但对p38γ/δ无抑制作用，具有神经保护作用，还能减少肺纤维化。
