Paclitaxel (NSC 125973, NSC125973, PTX, Taxol, Abraxane)，又称紫杉醇，是从天然植物红豆杉属树皮中提取的单体双萜类化合物，光谱的天然抗肿瘤药，可稳定微管蛋白聚合（IC₅₀为0.1 pM），抑制细胞有丝分裂，诱导细胞凋亡。Paclitaxel是有丝分裂的抑制剂。
