Smoothened Agonist (SAG)，是一种有效的Smo受体激动剂，能够活化Hedgehog信号通路，K_d值为59 nM，EC₅₀值为3 nM。Hedgehog信号通路受体Smo蛋白通过调节Gli转录因子，在胚胎发育和组织稳态中发挥重要作用。
