(±)-BI-D是一种强效变构整合酶抑制剂（ALLINI），通过结合LEDGF/p75位点抑制整合酶活性。该化合物在Psip1敲除E9小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞中抑制HIV-Luc感染的IC₅₀为0.16μM，在野生型细胞中为2.9μM。
